You cannot give life to an inanimate object. You could bless it, charge it with energy, or bind a spirit to the object, but you cannot say a chant and it starts moving and becomes alive. Even if you, say, bound a spirit to a doll, it will not get up and walk around.
You have no critical thinking skills. ''Enchant a fairy doll to be a real fairy! You must believe!'' That gives the impression saying some words will transform a doll into a fairy. It will not. If you did not think the doll would move around, what did you think ''Be a real fairy'' meant? The spell is implying it can transform an inanimate physical object into a creature of the fairy race, which are spiritual. This is completely fake and will never work.
