No you can't. You are a human and will always remain so. Any spell that claims to be able to transform your physical body either doesn't know what it's talking about or is lying to you.

Yes, you can, but it won't change the outcome. Vampire's [the immortal, blood-sucking kind] isn't physically real. There are ways you can incorporate them into your craft [dressing like a vampire, energy work to become a psi vampire, using their imagery in your spells, blood magick, working with astral vampires] but this contradicts natural law and magick on the physical doesn't contradict nature.
