Chant: "Of the shadows and night, give me the unquenchable thirst for blood and cloak me in a vampire bat's wings at each sunset. I shall transform to have no reflection, to have sharp fangs, grant me my wish to be a vampire. So Mote It Be.

Cut your hand and swallow a drop of your blood

Have you ever tasted poison to see if it is really dangerous? I have studied Real Magic long enough to spot a fake spell rather easily. Real Magic is a force of nature, it does not defy nature on the physical plane. Vampires, specifically the nosferatu types this spell references, are astral beings. Humans are physical beings. Ergo, you cannot physically transform into a vampire any more than you can naturally breed a giraffe with a hamster. While I would encourage you to try the spell for yourself to see, this one asks you to cut your hand, which can be dangerous, and drink your own blood, which can also be dangerous. So, I advise against testing this specific spell, but if you wish to test a different vampire spell that does not run the risk of self harm, then by all means, go for it. But, if I were you, I would save time and energy and instead research astral vampires and blood magick. Shift your focus to working with vampires in your craft, similar to working with deity.
