Build up the anger inside of you and visualize whoever has wronged you suffering the same fate they gave to you, but much worse. Let your anger help you get creative when imagining this. I'd recommend burning them, running them over, etc. As you visualize this, say the words, ''You, who have wronged me in the deepest way, may this fate be put upon. May you suffer as I've suffered. I will have my vengeance. As I will, so mote it be.'' Congratulations, you just sent tons of negative energy their way. Good for you.
