No. Depending on the deity and religion there are rules surrounding the use of magick, but unless your specific path dictates you can/can't use a type of spell, you won't be going ''against god.''

Thank you for the laugh. I see what this person is trying to say, and you can tap into your own energy to create a psi ball but it will drain your bodies energy, which it needs. Psi balls are basic energy manipulation. It is not a spell or chant. You feel the energies flow and focus it into a ball you can hold in your hands.
These phrases are the titles of the main reiki symbols used by/attuned to practitioners. Though slightly misspelled (probably from spelling the words 'by ear' and from memory).
