Hold out the box or container in front of you. Act out the feeling while you hold it. For example, laugh for happiness, cry for sadness, sigh for boredom, etc.

This is incomplete. Also, if the goal of this is to hold a box, laugh into it, then seal the laughter into the box and once opened a person is hit with joy, no. That will not work. You can charge an object like a charm or crystal, with a specific energy and seal it away in a mirror box, or bury it to slowly be released. However, gifting someone an emotion, as outlined, is not possible.
