Get the real or toy cat and have it within one metre of you. Lick the cat on top of the head. Say this spell 5x:

"Lions, tiger, leopards too,
jaguars, servals, lynxes, caracals,
there's more cats,
more cats, more and more,
I want to be a werecat,
a cat of the moon.
this is my will, mote it be."

Wait until the next full moon.

You cannot physically transform into a werecat.

I have a pet cat he does not clean himself very well I will not lick a cat. And The probability of this still working is very low because it probably doesn't work you know because you can't transform your body.
