Place the Circle of Maglatan in the crook of your left elbow, face up, the inner most circle visible. Press your left pinkie onto the center and whisper "Nangnindil." The circle will split into two, one in each hand. Each will have the temporary ability to shoot streams of concentrated celestial matter, though it will take a modest toll on your energy. If it is night, the energy will be white. By day, black.
Alas, there are several red flags to this spell, revealing it as false and fanciful.
First, this circle/sigil is given a specific name but has no description of its appearance nor where it comes from. Also, it does not appear through a variety of searches. The closest is a Russian city called Magatan. Likewise, Nangnindil retrieves not a single result or even vaguely similar term, deity, or word.
Second, having anything in the crook of an elbow then trying to touch it with any finger- pinky or otherwise- of the same hand is a physical impossibility. Body proportions and rigid bone structure, and all that.
Assuming a typing error and that touching the 'ring' was to be done with the right hand while it is at the left elbow, several questions now become apparent. This implies the ring is a physical object, made of at least two pieces. How is it made, what is it made from? Why is it placed at the elbow to start? How is it that with one ring on the pinky and another at the elbow they both become active? Why doesn't the 'elbow half' just fall off?
And finally, the idea of 'celestial matter' is at best a grand misunderstanding. Anything 'celestial' refers directly to higher planes. Particularly the places of celestial or god-related beings such as angels. Such places are conceptual and immaterial. Energy and idea that is totally divorced from matter and objects.
