The Dream-Masters Herbal Blend

Prepare all the items needed, and decide on the intention you have for your dreamwork that you wish to gain by utilizing this blend into your practice.

Go for what you feel called to, add multiple intentions if you wish to. It's about what your intuition and discernment guides you towards.

Once you get this intention into your heart and mind, put your herbs into the pestle and mortar, add them as feels fit. I recommend this order in terms of which you add the most and least of: Blue Lotus, Dream Herb (very bitter, be mindful if you are tasting it), Mugwort, Lavender. As you crush the herbs, embody, feel, experience, and infuse your intention for this herb blend into them and you blend them together. Crush them for a while, be present with them, be mindful in this moment, envision yourself experiencing what you want to experience out of this. As you're crushing, you mind find yourself seeing new depths and angles to your intention, as you're connecting to the energy more intimately.

Once you're finished working with and blending the herbs, take your (spell)paper, and write those intentions down exactly as you feel them. Put the paper in the special jar you have set aside to hold this blend, on the inner ring so you can see it through the glass (Not required, but can be helpful to come back to the original intention for if you lose sight of it. 

Add the herb blend to the jar, and now you're ready to use it.
