Light candle say as many themes as you feel necessary. Oh goddess of love Aphrodite I invoke thee to make (name of person in pic) fall in love with me so mote it be!
Next kiss the picture then burn it.

It could, but you need to edit it slightly. Use a pink candle for love, charge the candle with energy and light it when you feel ready. You might wish to carve their name in the candle. Gaze at the picture, imagine the two of you together. When you feel so lovey-dovey you could burst, start chanting. Again, repeat it until you feel compelled to stop.

Unless you work with Aphrodite I would not call on her. If you still call on her, leave an offering of thanks. As outlined, it could work, but it needs an edit. If you charge enough energy, it is possible.
