I advise anyone who does this spell to be at a healthy weight for health reasons. Be sure to repeat this spell regularly for results.
You have posted on litterly every body spell, saying it doesn't work. Could you leave people alone? You don't need to hurt people by saying hurtful stuff. Maybe try a cleansing spell.
Truth is truth, regardless of ego. Muscles do not just form because of good intentions. Muscles become stronger by building mass. That build occurs through a process of damage and repair. Muscles work, and in being made to work to their limits muscle fibres become damaged. That damage heals by the body producing more of those fires. The muscle grows larger/denser and its capacity to do work grows. This is the birth of the axiom 'no pain, no gain'.
Unless a working to gain strength considers this natural function it will -always- achieve less than a caster may desire. As an affirmation to inspire you to work hard and persevere, to exercise on a useful routine even on the days you really don't feel like it, this would be helpful. As a means to magically inflate your arms like a cartoon character blowing into their thumb, it would achieve nothing.
Ego is a very misleading thing. And it is one of the first things most people struggle to to overcome o any journey. But it is a vital lesson. No one can learn what they believe they already know. All growth begins with the realization you are wrong. If you do not allow yourself to explore that possibility then your journey will always be dragging an anchor.
