Poor vision is often caused by genetic factors or general aging, these can't be reversed with magick, a spell like this isn't going to be able to reverse these issues at best it could help with treatments being done medically.
Spell limitations are strictly based on your belief. If you are like the other poster then no it will not work. If you believe in the spell and in your own power then it absolutely can work.
When it comes to spells and witchcraft in general I would advise against relying on others and simply try the spells for yourself as well as creating your own spells.
There will always be others that disagree and there belief will make it true to them, make your own beliefs and live by them.

Threefold law isn't universal. I have seen positive results after curses, and negative results after money spells. Threefold Law isn't consistent. The only rule is on the physical, magick doesn't contradict nature. [I do agree with your point about trying things for yourself and forming your own opinions] You can cast a spell to help improve your vision, but you should also see a medical expert. Don't ignore facts because you think your eyesight can improve if you think happy thoughts. You are putting the intention into the universe, but you still need to talk to a doctor.
