While focusing on becoming fat, chant: "Make me fat. Make me round. Make it so". Spin around three times while imagining yourself as fat as you want.

This chant alone will not make you gain weight. Look into building muscle and changing your diet to add more protein and increase your caloric intake gradually with healthy food [don't gorge on junk food]

I mean I look pregnant and my belly is hard this just made my belly squishy thanks anyways though!
