Fold the paper like the top of a psi wheel. Stick the pencil, tip first, through the paper. Make the top again. Stand it up... You have a psi wheel!

Psi wheels were sort of trending some years ago. They're basically a light-weight folded object -- whether paper, aluminum foil, or some other light but stiff enough sheeted, foldable material. The four-point ''wheel'' was balanced on a nail or pin at its pinnacle.The forums here used to be rife with people insisting they had success, and people linking all kinds of videos. The general ''operation'' is to cup one's hands on either side of the psi wheel and use mind powers to spin it, make it go or stop, and change directions. As far as I am aware, it has never been repeated in any sort of controlled environment, and thus adds to the already massive pile of claims about telekinesis and similar which have no viable proof.

I am aware of what it is, but thank you for the explanation. My comment was more about how brief this ''spell'' was. It simply says ''school related telekinesis. Fold thing like this. End of spell.'' It did not explain what it was, what is was used for, how to use it, and what would happen if it did work.
