''This flame represents our/my chances of going to (the place you don't want to go to)''
Blow out the flame and and say
''We/I shall go no longer. By the power of three I mote it be''

I made this spell on the spot when I needed it and it worked. I was so exited that I needed to shear it.

This requires an edit. You can shield yourself and banish someone from being in your space, but it would require more energy than lighting a candle and blowing it out. Carve the persons name in the candle or have something which represents them. Charge energy and imagine what your desired outcome is. You need to spend more time on a spell. You need to put forth more effort and energy for spells to work. This is a fine first draft for a spell, but it needs to be fleshed out.
