  • Light blue candle (optional)

Light the blue candle (if you have one). This will make the spell more powerful.
Chant this in a strong voice 3 times:
O, entity of great water power
Ease your flow this desperate hour
Save all that is dear to me
I have said it, so mote it be!

In about half an hour to an hour, the storm should have stopped.
