Stand still with arms spread out slightly from you body, palms facing forward. Say the spell: "Oh, sacred land of Avalon. I call now on your might. Help me walk where I must go, hidden from the light. I summon now the mists to help me hide from sight. Let me walk, enshrouded, and bend around me the light".
Unless people are looking directly for you the will not notice you.

The incantation is clear and strong but I think this could benefit from some more details like one or more physical components or a direction on what is to be visualized as well as more of a description. Otherwise this could be very well pulled off should the caster know what else is to be included.
Don't try that dumb stuff about physical changes to the body because it doesn't work sure you could cast an illusion spell and make a physical change seem to have happened but that would be a meer illusion of the mind and eyes.
