This is an illusion spell that allows you to have your happy place appear around you in an illusion.

Casting Instructions for 'Happy Place Spell'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • concentration
  • Something to channel it with
  • Ex: wand, necklace, etc
  • (use of channeling object is optional)

Concentrate on your surroundings. Then feel yourself going calm and relax. imagine a place you might feel calm and relaxed then say the following words:

"Calm and happy. Short and sweet. Make my happy place appear around me. so mote it be."

Now, you can make adjustments in order to get the spell to reverse. I even managed to get the spell to reverse when i fell asleep.

Depending on how good you are at visualization, you might be able to see it, but if you are expecting a hologram like image to appear, no. Take a few deep breaths, ground your energy, and say the chant before reflecting on your happy place. This can help calm you and bring joy.
