First adopt the mentality that there is nothing notable about you, that everyone around you is far more interesting than you are

Then project those thoughts outward if done properly you are unnoticed until you do something that would make you far more interesting I.e. steal something 

also be aware it can backfire and make you the only thing noticed

I would not recommend this since it promotes negative self talk. If you wish to be unnoticed, ground your energy and visualize yourself blending in with your surroundings.
