Asking random deities you may or may not work with for snow once, is not a spell. It is not a chant. It could be considered a petition, but it is still incomplete. You need a lot of energy to cast weather spells, which this does not have. You can call on deities, but if you do not work with them, you need to be respectful and follow specific steps to call on them. They would be doing all of the hard work if this ''spell'' is to be believed, so you would be required to give them an appropriate offering. The offering would depend on the specific deity. As far as chants go, this is also lackluster as chants are meant to be repeated multiple times as you build energy and release it in a single burst. This claims you look outside, think of snow, and say ''make it snow'' and weather Magik requires more effort than this.
