You cannot just say some words and the wind stops. Look into placebo effects and apophinea if you believe you did actually stop the wind. If controlling the elements were possible, it would not be easy or something any person off the street could do first try as this spell leads to claim.

If you wish to control air a little bit, you can learn aerokinesis, search it on youtube, but it can’t be done by saying some random word.

Most kinds of kinesis are physically impossible, as they defy the laws of nature and reality. Magic does not contradict reality. You can utilize the air element in your craft but it cannot be controlled outright.
