I just recently looked at the spell for snow added by Spellz_Castz. It clearly will not work due to the fact that Hecate has no dominion over the weather, further more a black candle would be pointless for such a spell. In conclusion it sucks, a better approach would be to invoke Negafok, or the God Perun.
