i feel as if i'm being followed, well actually i know i am it's presence isn't of human or animal that i know of is it possible some magickal being or creature is following me? fyi: i know it has biomass because i hear it, and a couple times while taking night time strolls i'll see a shadow dart out of sight if it's true would it's be more bad than good? is it just a spirit or do they not have biomass?
