Hello, I am new to this forum and am in need of interpretation. I have a small business in a rural Colombian town. I am not Colombian although my wife and family are. My business is growing successfully and it has not gone unnoticed that the local townspeople are growing in envy. Yesterday we found a cow's bile duct buried in the ground outside of out business. My father in law moved the offending article and suffered a severe allergic reaction. Now my staff are afraid of working saying that someone is casting malicious spells on us.

Please, can someone provide me with an interpretation, or help me out?
