I decided to write this after realizing how much negativity there was in my life. I hope it helps someone as much as it has helped me :)

First gather these supplies:
white candle
pine oil
lighter

Put all of your ingredients in the center of your work space and cast a circle. rub the candle from the center out with the pine oil while visualizing all the negativity leaving your life. Set the candle on something safe (plate, holder etc.) and light it. Repeat these words or something similar that vibrates with you. While doing so visualize a bright white light coming down from the universe and filling you and your surroundings"

" All negativity leave my life. I will be happy and peaceful, free from strife. Positive energy flow through me. Surround me with light. So mote it be"

If you can, let the candle burn down all the way and then bury it and thank the earth for its help.
