An hour before performing any rites or magical work, drink one glass.

2 tsp of rosemary leaves
1 tsp of lavender flowers
1 grated peel of an orange

Put the ingredients in a saucepan and pour 1/2 pint of boiling water over them. Allow the infusion to stand for 10 minutes before straining.
Do not stir, as this will bruise the plants.

^You can adjust the amount of water and standing times to your own tastes. If you prefer your tea sweet, add a little honey, not sugar, to the strained fusion*
