Hello, I'm Se, and in this post I'll be sharing a bit on a tea I've used, to calm myself down before serious meditation.

Alright, I'm a rather large fan of Chai, and thus found a simple way to add a few ingredients to it to suit my needs. First off, you'll need the following:



  1. Unflavored Chai Tea bag. (Can be bought at a local Walmart.)

  2. A teaspoon of honey.

  3. A teaspoon of ginger

  4. An 8 ounce cup.

  5. About 7 ounces of water

  6. About an ounce of milk.

  7. A microwave.




Now, add the honey and milk to the water (Which would be in the cup.) and stir it thoroughly. Next, put it in the microwave for about 3-4 minutes. Once it's done, just add the tea bag and the pinch of ginger, and your tea is done!
