I find that I can rub my hands together and put them a little bit above my head and feel my energy, the problem is I can only feel them.

I had a friend and she looked at me and said my aurua was orange but I couldn't see hers. She to me some ways to practice but none of them work!! Any ideas how I can gain some insight or at least be able to glimpse?!
