I took a quiz ( http://www.eclecticenergies.com/chakras/chakratest.php ) that shows me what chakras are blocked or are under-active. When I received my result only my throat chakra was actually open and functioning while my others were under-active (like in the negative percents)
my results were:
"Root: Under-active (-44%)
Sacral: Under-active (0%)
Navel: Under-active (0%)
Heart: Under-active (-25)
Throat: OPEN (50%)
Third Eye: Under-active (-25%)
Crown: Under-active (-50%)"
I wont believe that this is 100% accurate but with results like these I want to take action and try to open my chakras.
I don't quite know how to open my chakras but I've done some research into it, but I'm unsure of my method of approaching this. I cant buy candles, herbs, or stones to help open my chakras, so I'm left with the meditating/chanting option. If anyone knows of a way of helping me and/or informing me about the chakra(s) then that would greatly be appreciated.
note* I often feel like a zombie (most days). I only feel emotions when I hear good/bad news or something good or unfortunate happens to me. When I relax or just focus on my emotions when living,I feel.. empty. Not in a positive or negative way; just neutral. I think this is because of my chakra in-balance.
