Hi there, I'm hoping someone can help me.

I found a freezer love binding spell on youtube that I wanted to try on this wonderful man that I absolutely adore. I wrote everything out three times and folded three times then put it in a plastic bottle of water and put it in the freezer. I regretted it after 5 minutes and removed it and tore up the paper - will this spell have negative effects? Is there anything I can do with the left over paper to reverse what I've done? I don't want to harm him or myself with this.
