Upon beginning my path with the forces of reiki, I was depressed all the time and totally and utterly destroyed mentally and emotionally after a bad break up. When I started practicing, I doubted myself at first but when the energies started flowing more and more each day, I could feel all the changes. When I was attuned to the first level of reiki, I felt the overwhelming peaceful clean positive energy flowing thru me. With my healing sessions I focused on healing my heart and mind, and now I feel the darkness and sadness and negativity lifited. Along with my usual casting and ritual work, reiki has become a everyday part of my life and I look forward to learning more and one day after enough study and practice, becoming a reiki master.
