Smoke Cleansing

For this ritual you will need the following items:

• Sage
• Mugwort
• Rosemary
• Fireproof dish

First, open all windows and doors of the area you're inif located inside.
Next, placethe sage, mugwort and rosemary on the fireproof dish and light it.
Allow the smoke to rise. While it's rising begin a cleansing prayer chant of your choice.
Allow the smoke to pass oversurfaces and in rooms that you want to cleanse. If you are trying to cleanse yourself, allow the smoke to pass over your body.
Allow the ingredients to burn out on their own.
