How To A Rain Dance

It is not recommended to do a rain dance on a hill
Ensure you have enough room around you, so while you are undertaking a rain dance you won't run into anything or hurt yourself.

To Begin:

1. Make up a Chant for the rain dance, it should be rhythmical, easy to remember, quick to say and easy to repeat.
2. Spin around in clockwise circles in your chosen location, you can dance around as you do.
3. While you are spinning and dancing, start your chant, yell if you like, repeating it as you spin for as long as you feel is necessary, releasing your energy and intention as you do.

To Remove:

1. To remove rain, you should have your original rain chant remembered.
2. Spin around counter-clockwise in circles at your chosen location, you can dance around as you do.
3. While you are spinning and dancing, start your chant in reverse, yell if you like, repeating as you spin for as long as you feel is necessary.
