This is a statement, while helpful advice, as an article, it needs an edit. There are a plethora of ways one can relax. Daily practice can help you be aware of when you are in need, as well as keep you more relaxed in your everyday life. Meditating at the same time each day, mindfully drinking your morning brew, soothing tea before bed, yoga, tai chi, exercise, groundings, cleansings, working with crystals, herbs, oils and aromatherapy can all help you relax. Reading a good book, having a bedtime routine, no electronics in your bedroom, feng shui, a set sleep schedule, one day a week to unwind, all of these things and more can help you relax. Find what works best for you, and make it a regular habit.
