When someone would need to defeat an enemy he should write all he knows about them on a piece of brown paper or parchment. If he is unfamiliar with the name or looks, then describe this enemy as best as he can . Prepare a censer of solid metal , and a red taper candle to assist . Dress it with fire oil and light it; then light the paper from the candle . Watch it burn while holding it if you can. chanting the following rhyme three,s even or nine times :
To one that wills bane and death
Fire shall consume by its own very breath
Burning like paper in a funeral pyre
Evil be gone this is my desire !
The paper should also be lightly dressed with fire oil , three drops should be sufficient . Save the ashes in metal dish , blend with salt and throw away from your residence . A graveyard would most desirable be to seal your foe's destiny .

When you recite this hold out your arms in welcome to the wind and of course feel the wind.
"Strong gusts of sweet Nature's life. Soft scented stillness to calm all the strife. Blow for me, breathe for me. Sweeping all evil away. Blow for me, Breathe for me. In dark winter night or bright summer day"
Light the candle (if you are using it). Pour the water into the bowl and say: "Rains of time for what it's worth empty thine eyes upon this earth."
Stir the water with a spoon. Imagine a huge storm cell forming. Place the broom into the water, broom brings the winds. Say this: "Winds shall follow effortlessly, tearing through every limb of trees"
Continue to stir the mixture imagining the storm getting bigger. Add the rice, this is to cause the down pour. You don't have to say anything for the rice just start stirring really fast (add the hot candle wax if using the candle and say: "Lightening strike quick and long, make it last, make it strong")
Add the salt : the salt seals the mixture and say : "By the powers of three times three, let it be". Take the mixture and throw it outside into the wind.
Chant the following three times: "May the God of water hear my cry. May rain fall forever from the sky. I cast this spell for plants of Mother Earth. May my cry be heard in death and birth".
