All you need to is to meditate for 10 minutes while thinking about the memory. Take your hand, and pull on your forehead. Once you do this, there will be a little bit of resistence. Don't worry, this is normal.
It's even storagable. You can put it in a item(A book, baseball card, etc.). So if you want to regain it, all you need to is to touch the item you put it in.
NOTE: If you did it wrong, you will often get a memory shards.

First, visualize your energy coursing throughout your body, feel it flow through you. See the colors that it makes.
Second, imagine that energy flowing from the base of your skull into your shoulders, down your arms and into your hands.
Third, concentrate that energy into your palms and have a current flowing into each of your fingers.
Fourth, start massaging your partner/you where needed, imagine that energy growing from the current in your finger tips and into the muscle and tissue, helping it to relax and to take away any pain or discomfort.
When I did this my palms felt warm and I could feel the currents running through my hands, in my minds eye, the energy I was using was a bright blue, but when I concentrated it to another part of my body, it changed color.
My partner reported that one hand was warm while the other was cool, like an icy hot patch. He also said it tingled. Afterwords he felt calm and euphoric and that the pain in his back was conpletly gone.
This massage can be used to help pain or it can be used sensually.

This is a mermaid spell by leggers67 on youtube. It was made by her and many comments say it works for them. So, all credits go to leggers67 on youtube.

''Spirits of the sea, grant me this wish, to become a mermaid and swim with the fish. A mermaid with a (color of your tail) tail and the powers of (your 3 powers). A human when dry, a mermaid when wet, so mote it be.''

Fill your bathtub halfway and pour salt in it. Sit in it and recite spell 3 TIMES. After you have recited the spell 3 times, you put your symbol on.
If you don't use your symbol, you will be a mermaid forever.
In this case, symbol is used for you to control when you will become a mermaid. Symbol holds powers. If you don't wear it and you are wet, you will not become a mermaid. If you wear it and you are wet, you will become a mermaid.
Full moon is optional in this spell. You better do it on full moon, but you can either do it on any other day. If it doesn't work, try doing it on full moon. Also, after spell, don't look at full moon. You will lose your mind and you won't be yourself until moon sets down. This can be a problem - you will act as you are drunk and you might show your tail to someone.
You will get bra, but do everything right. A girl who claims for this spell to work on her says she didn't get her bra in mermaid form. If this happens to you, choose a upper swimming costume to use for your mermaid spell.
Spell works in 1 week.

- You can tell to your best friends or family you are a mermaid. Nothing will happen and you won't lose your tail
- You will breath underwater. It feels kinda weird at first, but you'll get used to it.

First make sure there is no other noises in the room except yours and your friends.
Let your friend walk out of the room and they will use there calm mind on the rose petal which will be putting there emotion in to the petal.
Let them walk back in to the room. Next sit criss-cross on the ground. Put the petal on your left or right knee. Both of you hold hands. Next you chant:
"Oh, Goddess of feeling
Bring me *pain/emotion*
So I may feel what he/she is feeling"
Now your friend must chant:
"Oh, Goddess of feeling
Let (name of person)
Have a piece of my feeling
So let it be!"
You should slowly start to feel what your friend is feeling.
