Archangel Micheal protection
The mighty Archangel Micheal is the protector of humanity. Call on him for protection, strength, cutting and binding cords.
You can visualize Archangel Micheal's Sword of protection and truth as either gold metal or a living sapphire blue flame.
Seat yourself comfortable where you will not be disturbed. Visualize roots growing out of the souls of your feet. Spray the Archangel Micheal essence above your head and ask for his assistance. Breath easily and naturally. Archangel Micheal, ask that all binding ties and cords be cut away and all energy implants or spirit attachments be removed and released. Feel, or sense Archangel Micheal clearing all your chakra centers and aura.
To close the healing session, ask Archangel Micheal to wrap you in his blue cloak, which will give protection.

First, give yourself permission to relax. Relax and do nothing, take your time, get comfortable sitting or lying down. Shake out any tension. Relax, get cozy. Mentally go every part of your body to check for tension. Check your legs, your feet, your toes, shoulders, spine,arms, hands, and fingers, check your gut, neck and double check your shoulders say out loud:

"As I now relax, I feel the subconscious power of my divine and higher self arise, easily and without conscious effect."

Count slowly backwards from eleven, take one full breath between each count, when you reach zero, just wallow in the comfort of feeling more relaxed than were when you started. (A guide to magick.)

Take off any shoes/socks and roll up the leg of the pants on the afflicted. Dip your fingers in the bowl of water and slowly let the water drip down the leg starting halfway below the knee. VERY lightly, run your fingers down the lower leg to the ankle with the water, re-dipping your fingers as need, while telling the afflicted to close their eyes and imagine the pain they feel being pulled into the water droplets running down their leg and running out of them. Imagine with them. Focus on the image of their pain receding with the water. Remember to speak in calming hushed tones about how their pain is flowing with the water out and off of their leg/ankle. Do this for a few minutes or as long as you feel necessary. Once the afflicted is visibly calmed and not in pain anymore you may stop. Gently pat the water off the leg with a towel when you've finished.

Collect the necessary ingredients. Any paper will suffice.
Write the spell while concentrating on the pain of your heartbreak.
Spell:

"This pain I feel deep inside,
I want no more.
It shall disappear into thin air.
This is my will, so mote it be."

It works but it is temporary. When the pain comes back, hold the paper to your heart and take deep breaths to relax and empty your mind.

1. Get a piece of paper (any type except electronic) or a candle and a pen or pencil.

2. Set the paper and/or candle on a flat surface you can write on. On the piece of paper or candle, write with the pen or pencil what part of you you want to banish.

3. Recite:

"With these words I say,
take this part of me away
I cannot accept this part no more
On this paper/candle I wrote
There is no more of it
Now this part is gone for now."

4. If you chose to use a candle, light it.

Please Note: This will only work until the paper rips or the candle goes out. If that happens and that part of you does not come back, then you have made it disappear forever. Congrats! You may alo decide that you can handle the part you do not want, if you do, voluntarily blow out the candle or rip the paper.

1. On the paper draw an outline of the current body shape you have. Over exaggerate slightly when drawing.

2. Light the candles and place the white candle above the head for mental transformation, the red candle on the chest for health, and the yellow candle on the feet for overall beauty. Say:

"With this extra weight I carry, It is making my life dreary, Help me now you three flames, to lose this weight and not to gain."

3. In a new color, draw what you want your body to look like inside the larger outline. As you draw say:

"White for transformation, Red for health, and Yellow for beauty, I will work with this magick to the weight I don't need, so mote it be!"

4. Light the paper on ALL three candles and let it burn out in the bowl. Keep the ashes in a bottle pendant and keep it with you at all times.
