Paint a picture of a moon on your papper and let it dry. When it dries, roll it up and tie it as a scroll. Do/say the following things

"With hearts of fire set ablaze" (light candle) "With eyes of water with which we gaze" (fill chalice with water and look at it as you stir it with your finger) "With lungs of air we need to live" (take a deep breath and blow out the candle) "and hands of earth we use to give" (take handful of dirt or salt and sprinkle it around you in a circle) "with all these things we learn and grow, protect me and the home I know"

Gather your materials and situate yourself in an area you feel comfortable in. Light the yellow candle and open your bottle. Place your desired amount of Lavender, Thyme, and Rosemary into the bottle, along with the Clear Quartz. Close the bottle, and grab your object.

While holding your object, look into the candle and focus on your goal. Continue doing this until you feel that you are ready to move on. Once you have completed the task, seal the bottle with the candle/wax.

Before going to sleep, place the bottle next to your bed, and place the object under your pillow. This should help invoke your memories when dreaming.
