Light the White candle and meditate for 1 minute then think of the wound, after that place you hand or foot on a table or platform. Next to the candle (or anything else, if it's on your stomach bring the candle near you)brown chant:

"Gods and goddesses hear me down here, I have a wound, scratch something bugging my ear it is (say wound scratch or what ever it is) on my (right hand left hand ect) please heal it my dear gods and goddesses for that is my prey, so mote it be."

Light your candle.
Draw some runes corresponding with how your feeling. Then some of how you want to feel.
Light the sage and let it clear the area.
Catch the paper you wrote the runes down onto on fire in your candle.
Sit back with your rose quarts in hand (optional) and just meditate on the smell of your candle, While all your worries are burned away.
Then meditate to the smell of your candle and when you are done you should feel completely new and relaxed.

Break up your red brick as much as possible and use as much as you feel you need if you can crush it till it is in a powder like form now once your done carefully place it in your bag mojo bag plastic bag which ever you have decided to use.

Once you have done that you will Light your white candle and under its light while it's dark write on your piece of paper this. "Lay to rest myself in sleep and only bring in peace to bring good dreams guard me from that which threatens my peace in my sleep so mote it be" .

Once you have written that down you will get your holy water blessed water and put it on the words of the paper. Be careful not to make the ink smear fade to much but as much as needed. Get your bag that you have and pour the salt you have into it that's now with the brick

Memorize the spell that you write down on the peace of paper bring your dream catcher and hold it in your hands. Close your eyes and relax yourself. Stay near the candle at a safe distance and say the spell. While saying put your energy into every word with belief and visualize your dream catcher and mojo bag putting a sheild around you in a white light and washing over you keeping you safe. You may say the spell as many time as you feel you need to .

Open your eyes and put the price of paper into the bag you have close it make sure it's sealed. Light your sage and let the smoke blow into the bag and dream catcher you can use a feather if you want to. Smudge yourself with the sage. With your hand or a feather go to your bed or where ever you sleep and let the smoke go over the bed your pillow ect.

Hang up your dream catcher above your bed and place the bag you have under your pillow. Let the candle burn out if you can't do that safely then use any remaining holy water blessed water you have and put it over the candle till it burns out. Lay down and now before you sleep again see the white light coming from the dream catcher and bad and both of it forming a protective postive showed around you that can't be broken.

Light the candle and put the charm down in front of it. Stare into the flame and take a deep breath. Imagine the light slowly growing until you and the charm are enveloped in the candle's light.

When you are ready, pick up the charm and gently wave it over the flame while reciting this incantation:
