Before you step into the shower, imagine your aura being concealed and absorbed in total darkness, until there is no light emitting from you. As you step into the shower, adjust the water to a relaxing temperature. As you cleanse yourself, imagine all your negativity being washed away.
Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the water. Allow yourself to relax. When you have reached a relaxed state, imagine white light emitting from you, healing you, and the water helping you in the process. Let the water purify your aura with the power of your inner radiant light. After you feel the moment is right, absorb the white light, and openly release your true vibrant colors.
Exit the shower, knowing that being true to yourself is the best thing possible.

#5792 - Rebound Spell
1. Light candle and concentrate on the flame and how it flickers.
2. Say the following: My shields are my guardians. My shields are my protectors. Whenever a curse or binding may appear, they will protect me by making them disappear. Far away they shall go, back to the place where the came from before. With the strength of nature, and the guidance of their wisdom, these shields will rebound the evil forces of curses and bindings. As I blow out this candle, so mote it be.
3. Blow out the candle and thank the spirits and the nature.
As a thanks, find a way to honor the goddess of earth, Gaea.

#5794 - Advanced Shielding & Grounding
I'm not sure how this will work for you but there will be two layers of shielding. The outter layer will simply protect you and prevent any thing from entering, while destroying it with its energy. If something breaks in, the second layer will protect you and will also repeal the energy and bounce it back to whoever sent it.
Shield your thoughts as well as blocking others from harming or influencing you badly in any way. If you think that as the purpose of your shield, then it will do so. The shield of the mind is created by a strong and happy memory. Think of the happiest moment in your life and imagine your mind and body being strengthened by it and helping you in casting the banishing spell or removing a binding.
When shielding, believe that you are the master of your body, will yourself to do the banishing spell, and know that no outside force can break your defenses or curse you ever again.
The shielding will take energy from you depending on how effective it is and how much energy you have. So rather than giving energy from yourself, do grounding. Imagine yourself being stabilized and the energy of nature coming to you from below your feet and making you able to stand your ground and strengthen you. This will help you.
When you finish grounding, thank the nature for helping you.

1. Light the candle
2. Write down the name of the person who you think cursed you on a piece of paper
3. Burn the paper saying:
"I ask the kind spirits for their help". (state why you think they should help you, while being respectful towards them). Then say "as this paper burns away, so shall the bindings break. Let these bindings placed upon me by (name of person) break as this paper burns away. So mote it be".
4. Blow out the candle.
5. After you blow out the candle and are left with the paper ash, take the ash and let it run with the water where you wash your hands. After you are done with that just wash your hands.

Crush up the Thorns in the jar and then crush up the Rose petals and add them to the jar, slowly add the salt water. Keep the jar open overnight. The next morning before the sunrise close the lid. All the evil should now be trapped inside the jar. Cover the jar with a cloth and bury it far away from the house in a place that has no buildings nearby.

Call out only to benevolent and loving ancestor spirits by saying:

Entities loving who wish me well,
Come to this circle when I sound the bell. ''
Intone (ring) a bell three times and welcome the ancestors’ spirits. Afterwards, ring the bell seven times to send them back through the portal so you can close your circle.
