  • Piece of paper
  • Yellow marker

Write your question on that piece of paper, and write it with a yellow marker. Then fold it and put it under your pillow and chant three times:

"As I travel into the astral
I wish to know ...
(Ask the question you wrote).
This is my will,
So mote it be".
