Prep Work:

1. Place the bath salt in the jar.
2. Put the clear quartz in the center of the jar.

Ritual:

• Light the incense setting it on the bathroom counter as to not be near the water or too close to your face.
• Start water and add a spoonful or two of bath salt, leaving the quartz in the jar and use the spoon to stir the bath salt in clockwise.
• Submerge in it, hair and all for 20-30 minutes using deep, slow, controlled breathing.
• Gradually allow the whole world to slow down for you, thoughts and all.
• When you have achieved this, wash off and get out.

Notes: The clear quartz is in the jar to charge the bath salt. It does not need to be placed into the water.

1: Light the candle, and mix 3/4 salt and 1/4 water in the chalice or bowl, then put the small stick in the mixture.

2: Light the incense with the candle.

3: Then with the incense draw a pentagram in the air.

4: Then put out the incense in the mixture of salt.
