Enchanting notebook?

Ive been watching death note and i got an idea. Is it possible to enchant a notebook so that when i do a spell on another person it will be more effective if i write the persons name in it, like a curse note? Does anyone have an enchanting spell?

well im not sure if you can enchant a notebook....but i added energy to my BoS by meditating if that helps...

You can enchant any item, but generally it's for a specific person. And why would you write a curse note? That's just silly.
