Sad to say you wont find one anywhere not anymore at least

In older grimoires, it means a peacock feather with an eye on it.

The phoenix you are probably referring to is from northern Africa, especially the Phonecian area and Egypt. In Egypt, though, its range overlaps with a similar phoenix species called the Benu. Of course, there is also the Asian phoenix, or Fenghuang, which is found primarily in China and Japan.
