Different ranks...

My coven of Deep Arts has all three, regular members, teachers, and the council.

Is this too confusing for potential members?

I think it's a great idea. There are many new comers that have asked for a teacher. The way you have it you have the peoples abilities posted that why the newcomers can just ask them point blank.

In my coven the memberscan also sign up for consistant classes.

This way they know any others that may be studying the same thing and it's like students doing homework together for school.

This too I'm a little worried about... the members of my covn haven't been very active the past few weeks. I check their profiles and it says theyv'e been on within the past few days. What to do, what to do?

I myself teach 3 classes. I have an assignment out that I posted 2 months ago. They still haven't gotten back to me on them.

Very much indeed. Even some of the priests and priestesses on this site haven't been for sometimes weeks, or months....

Well if they havent been on in that time frame it doesnt bother me as much but when they are on every day or every other day then yea i have a problem with it

I banned a member once for applying without answering my needed questions and then once I emailed them to the person they turned out haven't even been on since they applied... wasted space, and I'm a hot-headed-red-head was I too harsh.

I don't think so. If you made it a rule to answer certain questions then by golly they better answer em of id get rid of em too.
