This site sells between 20-100 USD for a... er... stick. But they're very pretty. You could also just get any stick, some traditions say a wand must be from a fallen branch so as not to hurt the tree, others say that the branch fell because it's useless wood to both the tree and you so it's best to cut live wood from a branch: for better energy quality, and also because dead wood tends to be brittle and not physically good to work with. A treatment of bark-stripping, linseed oil or wax should help to keep the springiness of a live-cut branch. One made with your own hands is I think the best. Also, they don't have to be made out of wood. Mine is made out of corals I found washed up on the beach, for example.
