what should a wand be blessed with if you wish to work on time spells mainly

To bless a wand. You can use incense, water sprinkling or salt sprinkling.Also placing it over a flame. each time saying a blessing. You could also use all four and bless it with each element. Blessing it is blessing it you do not need a certain blessing for "Time " spells.
