How to create a staff?

How to create or where to get a staff? can anyone help me with this? Thank you in advance....

Traditionally, a staff should have the lenght from the ground to your arm. But You can use the length You feel comfortable with.

Its better if you make one and not get a ready-made one.
When you walk down the woods or when u cross a tree, You will know that this branch if for you to use it for ur staff. It will come to You.
All You have to do is to carefully cut it and carve it the way you want it to look.

hey idk much bout making wands and staffs but i suggest u make it so that you can put you hand around it or most of it so like 4, 5 or 6 cm wide. idk

Use an Athame as your knife. Only an athame. On a new moon cut the branch.
Oak for creativity.
Yew for healing.
Hazal for divination.
Olive for reconciliations.
Rose for matters of the heart.

uh isnt one of the rules never to cut something with an athame

It depends on the magic tradition. Wiccans don't cut with their Athame. I use my ritual blade to cut all the time.

a blade carried for the purpose of cutting in rituals/spellwork/etc.
