i need a guide

i need training wheels. I have meditating grounding chakra working and a little trance induction for for almost a month now. I need someone to walk me through this WHOLE process of being a witch ...not just a one time advice thing. I need a teacher, someone to tell me exactly what they did and what i should do. You may call this a mentor but they just give advice from time to time. I need a full teacher since there are none locally ( or any witches locally): ) A set of Training wheels for at least the first year.
