i believe the tools aren't really needed if you have enough focus i can control traffic lights just by concentrating and imagining

As for Wicca i suggest you look for a coven that teaches it, Or try talking to SilverVixen about the subject :)

hey!! well welcome to the club because i am just as new to witchcraft as you are and dont worry i also dont have most of the tools needed but just try and practice on those spells where by you dont need so many complicated tools and it will help you work on your belief in magic and you own magical energy
